Delivery/Shipping
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Any order received will be processed within 24-48 hours.
All orders are dispatched when products are in stock, as advised when we process the order.
During sale periods and throughout the holiday season, your purchase may take longer to arrive. Please allow adequate time for delivery.
For all deliveries, signature is required by a resident over 18 years of age, unless consulted otherwise.
Confirmation
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Within 24-48 hours, we will confirm delivery and dispatch dates for ordered goods depending on stock level.

Standard shipping: $75 within 20km of our physical store in Ravenhall, 3023.
Further $5 per 5km, is charged for distances greater than 20km.
3-5 business days depending on stock levels.
Orders are sent via our team or a chosen courier, if interstate.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at carolinesprings@sleepdoctor.com.au as soon as possible and we will investigate.
What if I am not available to sign for the Parcel
We cannot leave deliveries outside, all orders must be signed for by a resident over 18 years of age. If delivery day does not suit, please contact the store within 24 hours to organize a new delivery date.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent an ‘order shipped’ email to confirm that it's on its way and a tracking number will be provided.
